How WarrantyVault collects, uses and protects your data. Your receipts and documents are private to your account.

What we collect
- Account information: name, email address, and authentication data.
- Content you upload: receipts, product photos, warranty documents, and notes.
- Usage data: pages visited and features used, to improve the product.
How we use your data
We use your data to operate WarrantyVault: showing your products, sending reminders, running AI features you invoke (such as receipt scanning), and processing subscription payments through our payment provider.
How your data is protected
Content is stored in an access-controlled database and object storage. Row-level security ensures that only you can read or modify your own records. File access uses short-lived signed URLs.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share data with service providers strictly needed to run the product (hosting, payments, email delivery, AI processing on content you submit).
Your rights
You can export, correct or delete your data at any time. Email privacy@warrantyvault.org for requests.
